Registered Nurse- General Internal Medicine Outpatient

• →Provides compassionate and high-quality nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing the nursing functions of patients on the unit.
• → Initiates and implements patient care plan.
• →Makes nursing assignments appropriate to the skill level of employees.
• →Maintains evidence-based standards of patient care.

• Bachelor's Degree, associate's degree, or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current Maryland RN licensure or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure.
• Two to three years of clinical experience, preferably in ambulatory care, primary care, or telephone triage.
• Strong assessment, communication, customer service, and care coordination skills.
• CPR certification required.

Total Rewards
The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
