Working across the business, you will play a vital role in shaping how we operate, grow, and innovate, bringing our strategy to life.
We are seeking a Head of eCommerce to lead the digital commercial engine for Country Road. You will own performance, shape in-season trade outcomes, and elevate the end-to-end online customer experience. We’re looking for a commercially minded, KPI-driven leader with multi-brand, multi-category experience in the premium space who confidently challenges assumptions, asks the right questions, and partners closely with buying, planning and design to drive better inputs and stronger outcomes.
- Own the Country Road eCommerce P&L, driving sales, margin, conversion, and profitability
- Lead in-season trading with pace and precision, using data to guide commercial decisions
- Partner with Buying and Merchandise Planning to optimise range architecture, allocation, and stock flow for digital
- Elevate digital merchandising and onsite experience to maximise conversion and brand expression
- Manage and grow performance across key marketplace partners including The Iconic, Myer, and David Jones
- Enhance end-to-end customer experience across journey, content, search, and post-purchase
- Operate confidently in buying and planning forums, influencing OTB, margin, sell-through, and range decisions
- Lead and inspire a high-performing eCommerce team
- Extensive experience in eCommerce within premium fashion or lifestyle retail
- Proven ownership of an eCommerce P&L with strong commercial results
- Deep fluency in buying and planning levers (OTB, margin, sell-through, range strategy)
- Strong digital trading, CRO, and merchandising expertise
- Experience managing marketplace relationships within a retail environment
- Highly commercial, data-led, with a fast, decisive trading mindset
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
