As a Cluster Manager for Trenery, you will do more than lead a store, you will bring the Trenery brand to life across our 6 key sites in WA. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
- Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
- Conduct detailed analysis of cluster performance to make informed business decisions impacting profitability
- Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
- Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
- Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
- Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
- A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our cultural attributes
- Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation
- Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience
- Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Experience managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
