Strategic Finance Manager

This is a high-visibility role where finance meets strategy, performance meets execution, and insights turn into action.

• →Lead and scale a best-in-class Financial Reporting framework, supporting unybrands’ evolution into a leading omni-channel brand accelerator
• →Own the monthly financial reporting cycle as the primary Finance Business Partner and go-to expert for performance insights
• →Evaluate business performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic levers to accelerate growth
• →Deliver sharp, data-driven analyses that enable confident, high-impact decision-making
• →Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and controls to ensure fast, accurate, and actionable reporting
• →Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to influence executive-level decisions
• →Collaborate with business analytics teams to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight
• →Support major corporate initiatives including fundraising, debt refinancing, trade loan access, and long-term value creation

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a growth-stage tech company, Corporate Finance, Financial Services, or Investment Banking
• The confidence and communication skills to influence stakeholders and challenge thinking constructively
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, unstructured environments — you thrive in complexity
• Advanced financial modeling and big data analysis skills with the ability to translate numbers into strategy
• NetSuite experience (a strong plus)
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with a globally distributed, diverse team
