- Support data quality checks and testing practices across the transformation layer.
- Explore how generative AI tools (Claude, Agents, MCPs) can support analytics engineering workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Ongoing academic studies or degree, preferred in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of software development, preferably with experience in Python.
- Basic experience with SQL — comfortable writing queries and understanding relational data structures.
- Basic experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fluent written and oral English skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in data modelling concepts (dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schemas).
- Exposure to dbt or interest in SQL-based transformation frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control (Git / GitHub).
- Enthusiasm for solving real-world problems with data.
- Interest in data quality, testing, and documentation practices.
- Experience with BI tools like Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Fluency in cryptocurrencies or other digital assets as they are core to our business.
- Community talks, certifications, and/or blog posts on your interests and research.
- Open-source project contributions of any kind.
