About the Role

In this role, you’ll partner with our HR Manager in the daily execution of HR operations, with an emphasis on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. You’ll also collaborate closely with leadership to strengthen our workplace culture and advance strategic objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess: 

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • A minimum of five years of progressively responsible HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance 
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations from initial review through resolution 
  • Proficiency with employee performance management programs and processes 
  • Experience supporting organizational change management 
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions or integration efforts (preferred)

This role is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana, and requires full-time, on-site work.
