The HR Data Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data across US Conec. This position serves as the primary owner of employee record updates within the HRIS, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to ensure data is entered accurately, audited regularly, and managed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Process employee data changes and updates across the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
- →Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, job title updates, and organizational structure changes
- →Review incoming change requests for accuracy and completeness; follow up with stakeholders to resolve missing, incomplete, or unclear information
- →Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee data updates, providing timely communication on request statuses and issue resolution
- →Maintain detailed records and audit trails for all HRIS transactions and employee data changes
- →Monitor, identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, and incomplete employee information
- →Conduct scheduled and ad hoc audits of HRIS data and reconcile records against supporting documentation, including offer letters, payroll records, and benefits data
- →Document audit findings, escalate discrepancies when necessary, and track corrective actions through resolution
- →Analyze recurring data quality issues and recommend process improvements to strengthen data integrity and governance
- →Generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders
- →Validate report accuracy and data consistency prior to distribution
- →Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate employee data and documentation
- →Ensure employee information is handled in accordance with privacy regulations, company policies, and confidentiality standards
- →Assist with compliance reporting and audit requirements related to EEO, FLSA, and other workforce regulations
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of HRIS data entry, HR operations, or employee data management experience
- Experience processing high-volume employee data changes across an organization
- Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG Pro, ADP Lyric/Vantage, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, or similar systems
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data validation
- Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence to clarify incomplete or inaccurate requests
- Ability to handle highly confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across HR and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with HR data governance, data quality initiatives, or process improvement programs
- Experience conducting HRIS audits and data reconciliation activities
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements, including EEO and FLSA reporting
- Experience creating or maintaining HR metrics, analytics, or operational reporting
- Exposure to large, multi-site, or global organizational environments
- Advanced Excel or reporting capabilities
