As a Fleet Technician you will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on cars, trucks, and off-road equipment in a safe, efficient, quality minded and VIP focused manner. Performs repair work on vehicles such as breakdowns, malfunctions and emergency roadside repair in a safe, efficient, and quality manner.

Performs operation test prior to repairs to verify complaint. Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repairs to manufacturer’s specifications including engines, transmissions and clutches, suspension and steering, fuel and ignition (gas and diesel), electrical systems, brakes, and HVAC systems. Performs final operational test on all vehicles to quality-check all repairs.
Ensures that VIP vehicles are kept clean and washed after repair is completed. Performs required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment to maximize the safety, productivity, and life of the unit.
Performs preventive maintenance on vehicles such as fluid changes, lubrications, safety inspections, and brake repairs. Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment such as lubrications, adjustments, and safety inspections. Fabricates parts as needed to complete repair including any design work.
Performs welding repair to manufacturer’s guidelines. Performs electrical system diagnosis and upgrades.
Operates VIP vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
Must have a vast understand of a broad range of vehicles and their operating systems.
Must be able to perform assigned tasks and keep management posted on progress.
Ability to operate tow truck rollback in order to travel across various owned properties and dealerships to pick up and deliver VIP cars, trucks and off road vehicles when necessary.
Must be able to think creatively and responsibly with a focus on cutting expenditures and being economical.
Preforms weekly inspections on vehicle cleanliness and operation.

Minimum of 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic knowledge of computer use and Microsoft Office Suite.
I-CAR certification is a preferred.
Forklift Certification is preferred.
MIG and TIG welding is preferred.
Ability to perform new electrical and upgrades is a preferred.
Strong research skills when looking into vehicle values, history and quality for potential new purchases and sales.
Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times.
