We will empower you to lead, develop deep expertise, and find new approaches to solving the toughest challenges.     Position Overview: The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven professional to join its Member Relations team as an Associate Manager. In this role, you will support the engagement, retention, and growth of the Chamber’s corporate membership by helping manage member relationships, coordinating key interactions, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong communicator and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in business, policy, member engagement, and the Chamber’s mission.   Responsibilities: Support a portfolio of corporate members within the energy, labor, food & beverage, retail, and law space and help deliver a high level of service and responsiveness. Conduct member outreach and identify opportunities to increase engagement across Chamber programs, events, and policy priorities. Assist with renewals, invoicing, account tracking, and other activities that support retention and revenue goals. Approve and add to company briefings, meeting materials, and follow-up communications. Monitor business, political, economic, and public policy developments relevant to members and industries. Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and other member-facing activities. Maintain accurate member records and engagement activity in Salesforce and other systems. Contribute to special projects and broader team priorities.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in membership, client service, fundraising, sales support, account management, research, writing, or project coordination. Strong verbal communication and relationship management skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.   The salary range for this position is $57,030.00 to $80,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
