We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support our US-based field operations recruiting pipeline. The main focus will be candidate generation and pre-qualification before candidates are passed to Regional HR Specialists for the next steps. The role will support all regions and work closely with 5 Regional HR Specialists. Initial focus: Cable Technicians and Drop Bury Technicians, with the possibility to support other field roles later.
