Performance Creative Execution: Produce a high volume of static, banner, and display ad creatives optimized for A/B testing across Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
We are seeking a highly efficient, performance-aware In-House Graphic Designer to join our newly established internal creative hub. Reporting to the Content/Creative Director, you will be the engine for producing high-volume, high-quality static and display assets primarily for our critical Performance Marketing channel, but also supporting email and website redesigns, as well as various other business assets (sales decks, social assets etc.). This role requires technical proficiency, speed, and a direct-response mindset, moving away from reliance on external agencies.

Performance Creative Execution: Produce a high volume of static, banner, and display ad creatives optimized for A/B testing across Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.

Collaboration and Ideation: Work closely with the Head of Growth and Creative Lead to understand ad performance data and iterate rapidly on winning and losing creative concepts.

Email and Website Design Support: Design clean, aesthetically premium graphics, banners, and layout elements for Email Marketing campaigns and Website A/B tests, ensuring brand consistency.

Creative Production Workflow: Adhere to a quick-turnaround production schedule and manage asset delivery efficiently, ensuring files meet all platform specifications and quality checks.

Brand Compliance: Ensure all design assets consistently adhere to the luxury tech brand's visual identity, aesthetic standards, and guidelines.

Asset Management: Assist the Creative Director in organizing and maintaining the central library of creative assets, photography, and brand templates.
