Director, Human Resources (Europe + North America)

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience supporting global teams across multiple regions.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting senior leaders and fast-moving organizations.
• Strong understanding of HR practices across Europe and North America.
• A passion for partnering with leaders and helping teams navigate growth, change, and new opportunities.
• Strong employee relations experience with the ability to handle sensitive situations with care, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with people at all levels of the organization.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
• A genuine interest in creating great employee experiences and helping people do their best work.
