Lead all technical aspects of projects; plan, execute, and track client engagements across implementations, adoption services, health checks, and broader digital transformation initiatives.Understand customers’ pain points, help define operational objectives, and recommend optimal solution functionalities.Identify and communicate product enhancements; minimize new feature requests by guiding customers to outcomes with current capabilities.Conduct post‑implementation reviews; document best practices and guidance for internal and external use.Proactively identify technical risks, propose mitigations, and drive resolution with stakeholders.Contribute to SoW discussions and provide effort estimates for non‑standard services.Analyze business processes and requirements; design, document, and confirm configurations with clients.Build strong relationships with client SMEs and project teams; participate actively in status meetings and workshops.Collaborate with Product to relay customer feedback; analyze post‑deployment discrepancies and correct implementation processes.Support system adoption and global rollouts; help identify areas to expand services and product use.Maintain accurate timesheets; complete mandatory training related to quality systems and products.Lead, mentor, and guide delivery BAs and process leads; cultivate a collaborative, high‑performing team and drive continuous improvement.
