Manager Finance

Vallen's FP&A Manager is an individual contributor responsible for performing financial budgeting, forecasting/planning, reporting and analysis to support impactful decisions of the leadership teams. They fulfil a key role in creating financial models to help improve the company's financial performance, accelerate its growth, and drive decision making processes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting coupled with 7-10 years of financial analysis experience.

Other relevant experience includes:

• →MBA, CMA preferred
• →Experience with distribution companies and/or manufacturing preferred.
• →Demonstration of strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• →Executive presence to interact with all levels within the organization
• →Strong planning, organizational and execution skills
• →Excellent MS-Excel and PowerPoint
