About the Role

We're seeking an experienced C&Q Lead to provide program-level leadership for a major greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion on the East Coast. This is a high-visibility owner's-agent role overseeing commissioning and qualification strategy across multiple facilities and workstreams.

Responsibilities

→Establish CQV governance and execution strategy for a multi-facility program
→Lead program-level planning, reporting, and milestone tracking
→Coordinate CQV managers and cross-functional stakeholder groups
→Support executive-level decision-making and issue resolution
→Act as owner's agent across vendor selection and deliverable management

15+ years leading CQV programs on large capital pharma, biotech, or advanced manufacturing projects
Experience with Validation Master Plans, cross-discipline program management, and owner-side project delivery
Comfortable operating across utilities, facilities, equipment, and automation validation
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
