About the Role

Coordinate startup readiness programs across the project
Develop readiness metrics and governance processes
Partner with operations, maintenance, and technical teams
Support manufacturing readiness and operational acceptance

Experience in commercialization systems, supply chain readiness, and audit support on large capital pharma/biotech projects
Background in operational deployment and regulatory readiness
Comfortable partnering across operations, maintenance, and technical stakeholder groups
Experience with large-scale EPCM or owner-side project delivery
