🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Tax Accountant (Remote | PH-Based)
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Tax Accountant to join our remote team in the Philippines. In this role, you will prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns, ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, and manage multiple client engagements—particularly during peak tax seasons.
Beyond tax compliance, you will also play a key role in supervising accounting operations, overseeing end-to-end month-end close activities, and mentoring junior team members. While the role remains involved in these responsibilities year-round, the focus will naturally shift more heavily toward accounting oversight, process improvement, and team development outside of peak tax filing periods. The ideal candidate possesses strong U.S. tax expertise, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
