About the Role
~1 min readAs part of the Supply Chain Team, we are seeking a technically adept Application Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning and execution systems, coupled with advanced skills in data manipulation, automation, and system integration. This role will drive the optimization of our manufacturing and supply chain applications, enhancing production efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
This is a full-time, exempt position located in our El Segundo headquarters.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Implement, configure, and support advanced manufacturing and supply chain applications, tailoring solutions to meet complex operational requirements.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and inventory management through data-driven insights and automation.
- →Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics solutions, utilizing advanced data visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
- →Enhance internal processes by integrating applications with cloud platforms and leveraging automation scripts to streamline workflows.
- →Design and implement data pipelines and integrations, ensuring seamless communication between systems and real-time data availability.
- →Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and integration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and enhanced functionality.
- →Stay current with technological advancements in cloud computing, data analytics, data security, and system integration, applying best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience configuring and customizing ERP / MRP / MES platforms.
- Experience in a high tech manufacturing environment. (aerospace/defense industry preferred)
- Strong programming and data analytics fundamentals
- Strong project management skills
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience with Microsoft products (Teams, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and their APIs
- Experience with Python, SQL, PowerBI, Smartsheet or Tableau
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Jira Automation)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
- Leveling and base salary is determined by job-related skills, education level, experience level, and job performance
- This role is on-site in El Segundo, CA
