Frontend Software Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced and thoughtful Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and lead the development of modern, high-quality user experiences using cutting-edge technologies- including AI-powered development tools. 

We’re a collaborative engineering team that values ownership, trust, high-quality design, and continuous improvement, with AI used as a tool to enhance productivity and decision-making. Engineers work closely with product and design, shaping solutions from discovery to delivery while challenging assumptions and focusing on solving the right problems. This role offers strong technical ownership, architectural influence, mentorship opportunities, and support for ongoing professional growth.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend features (primarily Angular). 

• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making across frontend and full-stack concerns. 

• Use AI development tools while reviewing, challenging, and refining AI-generated solutions. 

• Lead and participate in code reviews, raising the bar for code quality. 

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to influence product direction. 

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture. 

• Take ownership of technical risks and long-term improvements. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in client-side development.

• Strong experience with Angular or relevant experience in other frameworks and libraries.
• Proven experience using AI tools in development workflows. 

• Strong understanding of software fundamentals and system design. 

• Experience influencing technical decisions and reviewing code. 

• Experience with Git (GitHub advantage). 

• Strong ownership, communication skills, and collaborative mindset. 

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Playwright or other modern testing frameworks. 

• Backend or full-stack development experience. 

• Familiarity with cloud environments and distributed systems. 

• Experience with data-intensive or security-sensitive systems. 

• Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience. 

• Ability to coach others in effective use of AI-assisted development.
