Senior Business Consultant - EU Analytics

As a Senior Consultant in our EU Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

In this role, you will lead specific project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery.

Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions

Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants and data scientists, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting

Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements

Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights

Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the EU Analytics Practice while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas

Experience: 4+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)

Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Commercial Analytics/Excellence and/or Medical Strategy, with a solid understanding of the Life Sciences industry, as well as a good understanding of statistics and analytical techniques, with the ability to generate insights from data through metrics and visual reports

Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning

Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholders

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Knowledge of Veeva products

Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Basic knowledge of SQL and Python, particularly for data manipulation and visualization

Languages in addition to English

The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise

Within one week after the case exercise, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward
