Responsibilities

→Ticket handling, device provisioning, account management, access reviews, and software rollouts with change records.
→Maintain asset inventory, device encryption, and baseline hardening via MDM; ensure MFA and least-privilege access.
→Maintain compliance evidence: policy acknowledgments, onboarding/offboarding trails, access certifications, and training attestations.

Keep ticket hygiene high with clear notes and resolutions; support off-hours maintenance when needed.
Collaborate with vendors for warranty, repairs, and service escalations; evaluate options and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Write concise KBs and guides that reduce repeat tickets; keep SOPs and checklists current after changes.

Seek feedback, track personal improvements, and stay current with evolving IT and compliance standards.

✓💵 Salary – The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 CAD. Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographic location.
