• At least 1+ years of experience in maintenance or auto repair
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull electric bikes and scooters weighing up to 80 lbs
• Strong problem-solving mindset and self-motivation
• Comfortable navigating and using smartphone apps
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player
• Comfortable performing hands-on mechanical work throughout the shift

Veo is seeking Repair Technicians to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems, are comfortable working with their hands, and are passionate about helping make our communities safe and sustainable.

No electric vehicle experience is required, but professional or hobby experience repairing bikes, scooters, cars, motorcycles, or similar equipment is a great fit.

• →Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo’s electric bikes and scooters, from tightening a bolt to replacing a motor
• →Conduct quality checks and routine inspections to ensure all vehicles meet safety standards
• →Follow established processes to log and track maintenance records
• →Track inventory levels for spare parts on an ongoing basis
• →Maintain excellent warehouse organization and set a strong example for teammates
• →Perform field tasks as needed, including swapping batteries and redistributing vehicles
• →Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine appropriate repairs
• →Other duties as assigned

• Previous maintenance experience with bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles
• Basic knowledge of electronics
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of the Toledo area and surrounding streets
• Flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
