Verantos is seeking a QA Manager with expertise in test automation and quality assurance. This role involves developing and implementing quality strategies, leading a team, and ensuring best testing practices while driving process improvements. You will oversee test planning, automation, and defect management to maintain high software standards.

• →Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business and product goals.
• →Continuously improve testing efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• →Ensure best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, and defect tracking.
• →Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching.
• →Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure robust and testable software.
• →Own release readiness, ensuring that new features meet high-quality standards.
• →Track and report quality metrics, defect trends, and test execution progress.
• →Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on QA efforts and software readiness.
• →Lead test automation efforts, execute test cases across various testing types, and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality software.
• →Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA and testing, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous software quality improvements.
• →Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• →Foster collaboration between quality, engineering, product management, and other teams to establish seamless quality processes.
• →Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with other languages is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
