AVSG/VSSOC is growing, and we are excited to welcome experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians to our Internal Medicine team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside Board-Certified Criticalists, Surgeons, Internists, and Emergency Clinicians, supported by a highly skilled, collaborative team of RVTs and veterinary assistants dedicated to outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

→Experience working as a Registered Veterinary Technician
→Experience with anesthesia
→Experience with endoscopy is preferred but not required
→Knowledge of disease process and common ailments seen
→Strong attention to detail
→Ability to collaborate with various departments
→Providing empathy, comfort, and unparalleled nursing care to all patients and their owners
→Positive outlook and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
→Commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
→Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected
→Honesty, integrity, and a desire to learn and have fun

Requirements

Experience working as a Registered Veterinary Technician
Experience with anesthesia
Experience with endoscopy is preferred but not required.

What We Offer

Salary: $27.00 – $34.00 / hour, dependent on experience

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, one weekend day required
