GSVS Veterinary Emergency Services Morristown is excited to announce we are hiring a Veterinary Client Services Representatives to join our growing outpatient surgery team!

Located in northern New Jersey, approximately 25 miles west of New York City, GSVS has proudly served the community since 1994. We are committed to providing advanced veterinary care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our team members.

  • Has at least 1 year of client service experience — bonus points if you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates with confidence and compassion, connecting easily with both clients and veterinary teams
  • Can multitask like a pro, from answering phones and managing data entry to handling billing and scheduling with ease
  • Navigates financial conversations professionally and comfortably
  • Brings empathy, patience, and genuine care to pet parents during stressful moments
  • Knows how to balance professionalism with a warm, welcoming personality
  • Enjoys collaborating with a supportive team and building lasting relationships
  • Stays positive, curious, honest, and eager to grow
