Part-Time LNA or Nurse Aide

Sign-on Bonus $1000.00 for LNA and $750.00 for Nurse Aide.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LNA/Nurse Aide

As an LNA or Nurse Aide, you’ll be a vital part of our residents’ daily lives, helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting residents with mobility and comfort
• Providing care according to residents’ care plans.
• Communicating observations to nursing staff
• Maintaining a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents’ physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.

• Documenting resident information in charts by completing reports, logs, and records
• Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION OF THE LNA/Nurse Aide

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• LNA license preferred, but not required

SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF THE NURSE’S AIDE/LNA

• Possess a high level of care and compassion to provide direct resident care
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
