Procurement & Category Management Analyst (Indirect / IT Professional Services)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Procurement & Category Management Analyst to support Indirect and IT Professional Services procurement activities. This role will work closely with Category Management, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders to manage contract intake, support sourcing and RFP activities, track SOWs and change requests, and help drive operational discipline across procurement workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Contract Support
• Support intake, review, and tracking of SOWs, Change Requests (CRs), NDAs, and contract amendments
• Assist with routing documents for legal review, approvals, and signatures
• Maintain accurate records in CLM systems (e.g., Agiloft) and shared trackers
• Ensure contract data (vendor name, legal entity, value, dates, scope) is complete and accurate
Category Management & Sourcing Support
• Support RFP, RFx, and sourcing events, including document preparation and vendor coordination
• Assist with vendor benchmarking, rate comparisons, and market research
• Maintain category documentation and supplier data
Procurement Operations & Reporting
• Track SOWs, CRs, renewals, approvals, and next actions
• Build and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards
• Support leadership reporting on pipeline and risk
Stakeholder & Communication Support
• Triage procurement-related emails and flag items requiring action
• Draft and edit professional communications
• Coordinate across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract support
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
