We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insulated Panel and Flashing Installer to join our team at our Letterkenny site. As an installer, you will be responsible for fixing insulated panels and flashings to our modular buildings. All work will be conducted internally, utilizing top-of-the-range facilities and methods of work. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our modular buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Install insulated panels and flashings to modular buildings according to specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure accurate measurements and precise installation of panels and flashings.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless integration of panels and flashings into the building structure.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure the integrity and functionality of installed panels and flashings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects that may arise during the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize installation processes and improve overall efficiency.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installing insulated panels and flashings in a construction or modular building setting.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to panel and flashing installation.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in panel and flashing installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in measurements and installation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the construction team.
• Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
