Equipment Installer I

An Equipment Installer I is responsible for quality installation of equipment in Data Center/Construction environments as specified in engineering instructions and drawings and in accordance with customer standards. This is a field-based position, requiring regional and occasional national travel.

• →Install equipment in Data Center/Construction environments
• →On-site analysis of job drawings, specifications and MOPs
• →Ensure quality installations by conforming to all applicable standards
• →Perform all work with safety as the top priority. This includes following all company and customer mandated procedures as well as utilizing the proper PPE for the task at hand
• →Maintain professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service
• →Use computer for Data Entry/Administrative tasks
• →Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle screening

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal, written and customer-facing skills
• Basic computer skills to include MS Office or equivalent
• Basic knowledge and skills with hand tools

• OSHA10 required, OSHA30 preferred
• Fall protection preferred

• Manlift/Forklift certification preferred

   

• Medium Lifting (30 Ibs. – 45 Ibs.)
• Heavy Lifting (over 50 Ibs.)
• Frequent Standing
• Frequent kneeling / crawling / stooping 
• Frequent bending / twisting
• Frequent climbing (stairs, ladders)
