→Consolidate forecasts for India into a unified demand plan.
→Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Engineering to capture pipeline visibility and ensure forecast accuracy.
→Collaborate with Solutions, Product and Engineering for ETO release and Sales Order Creation
→Lead mega project reviews with key stakeholders
→Translate project-level demand into executable plans for production and procurement.
→Maintain accurate data in ERP/planning systems
→Track key metrics — forecast accuracy, bias, adherence, and demand visibility.
→Partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure material and capacity alignment.
→Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support automation in planning processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP within manufacturing or OEM setups.
Experience in export-oriented or global supply chain environments.
Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Power BI;
