We are currently looking for Quality QMS Specialist for our Rugvica Plant. Quality QMS Specialist will ensure effective maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

→University degree in an engineering or technical field
→Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
→3–5 years of experience in the electrical and/or mechanical industry, with a focus on management systems
→Proficiency in the local language and English (an advantage, but not a requirement)
→Strong knowledge of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety (OHS) systems
→High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
→Initiative and proactive approach
→Strong organizational skills
→Logical and analytical thinking
