Position: Sales Operation & Support Executive 

  

We are seeking a resourceful and dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Sales team in various sales administrative activities, from pre-sales to post-sales. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations and providing valuable support in bid support, order processing, and local sales & marketing activities. The candidate must be able to manage complex tasks and be highly organized. 

  

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Key Account team with sales administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations. 
  • Support pre-sales activities, including preparing sales materials, supporting key engagement activities material preparation. 
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, including bid bond application, preparation of materials, reviewing bid submittals and tracking all submission and filing. 
  • Manage order processing and drive approval of order processing including eOPF entry and submission.   
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, logistics, project and sales to ensure seamless order fulfillment. 
  • Support in stock requisition, pre-production process. 
  • Provide administrative support for sales events, trade shows, and customer visits and customer appreciation programme. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, support or administrative role. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, manage priorities, with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data. 
  • Resourceful and dedicated, with the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently. 
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
