Position: Sales Operation & Support Executive
We are seeking a resourceful and dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Sales team in various sales administrative activities, from pre-sales to post-sales. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations and providing valuable support in bid support, order processing, and local sales & marketing activities. The candidate must be able to manage complex tasks and be highly organized.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist the Key Account team with sales administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
- →Support pre-sales activities, including preparing sales materials, supporting key engagement activities material preparation.
- →Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, including bid bond application, preparation of materials, reviewing bid submittals and tracking all submission and filing.
- →Manage order processing and drive approval of order processing including eOPF entry and submission.
- →Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, logistics, project and sales to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- →Support in stock requisition, pre-production process.
- →Provide administrative support for sales events, trade shows, and customer visits and customer appreciation programme.
- →Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, manage priorities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
- Resourceful and dedicated, with the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
