This role will be responsible for ensuring that all materials designated for export to Mexico are accurate and meet company requirements before shipment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Verify that all materials scheduled for export match the correct part numbers and quantities
- →Cross-check shipment documentation against physical inventory
- →Ensure compliance with internal procedures and export requirements
- →Identify and report discrepancies immediately
- →Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and documentation teams as needed
- →Maintain accurate records of verified shipments
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and part numbers
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience with shipping/export processes
- Familiarity with cross-border shipments (Mexico)
