Stores Personnel

We are looking for Stores Personnel to join our team in Letterkenny.

• →Receive and issue materials, equipment, and other items in line with operational requirements.
• →Accurately record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems. 
• →Organise and prepare all the necessary materials and equipment required for ongoing and upcoming projects. 
• →Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies through regular cycle counts and stock verification. 
• →Ensure all store materials are correctly identified, labelled, and stored in their designated locations. 
• →Manage outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination of pick-up with service providers. 
• →Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components to avoid production delays. 
• →Organize and hand out all tooling equipment for production floor, ensuring all information is captured before signing out.

• Experience in warehouse, material handling, or inventory control. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. 
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. 
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.  
• A clear disciplinary record. 

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of stock and logistics processes. 
•  Forklift qualification
