Key Responsibilities

Design and propose thermal management system solutions based on project requirements, supporting data center, telecommunications, and industrial applications.
Collaborate with R&D teams to analyze and improve the thermal performance of existing products, enhancing system efficiency and reliability.
Provide technical consultation, solution presentations, and project support to the sales team.
Deliver technical support and troubleshooting services related to thermal management systems for customers.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, test reports, and application guidelines.
Monitor and research emerging thermal management technologies, cooling solutions, and industry trends, providing feedback to support product development and optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience in thermal management systems, including the design, implementation, or technical support of large-scale thermal management projects, is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to independently perform thermal and airflow simulations using CFD tools such as FloTHERM, ANSYS Fluent, or 6SigmaDCX.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or Revit is preferred.
Basic English communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of liquid cooling, thermal management technologies, and data center infrastructure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
