TM-CFD Engineer-local-Xi'an

We are seeking a Refrigeration Simulation Engineer Intern to support simulation and analysis work for cooling products and solutions. This role provides evaluation guidance for product R&D and market applications through structural, fluid, and thermal simulation.

• Participate in structural, fluid dynamics, and thermal simulation analysis of products; perform fluid dynamics analysis using CFD simulation software and thermal performance modeling using thermal simulation tools to help ensure product performance and reliability.
• Conduct product-related testing, including refrigeration system testing and component performance testing; learn and master test analysis methods while accurately recording test data and results.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the simulation and testing process, including simulation reports and test reports, ensuring accurate documentation of work processes and conclusions.
• Assist the project team in completing various tasks during the product development cycle; participate in project meetings, stay informed of project progress and requirements, and provide technical support as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Energy & Power Engineering or related fields.
• Basic proficiency in CFD simulation software (e.g., FLUENT, StarCCM+, 6SigmaDC) and thermal simulation software (e.g., Icepak, FloTHERM).
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit; detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

• Background in simulation technology or relevant research experience.
• Hands-on experience from coursework design projects or practical projects involving CFD or thermal simulation tools.
