• →Applying wet paint finishes to manufactured components.
• →Operating spray guns and painting equipment to achieve required coating thickness and finish.
• →Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
• →Inspecting surfaces before and after painting to ensure high quality standards.
• →Mixing paints and coatings to specified ratios and maintaining accurate records.
• →Identifying and correcting paint defects where possible.
• →Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.
• →Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
• →Following all health, safety, and PPE requirements.

• At least 1 years’ experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer or in a similar industrial role.
• Experience using spray guns and wet paint application techniques.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and coating materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions and specifications.

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Ability to read work orders or basic drawings.
• Experience maintaining paint mix and quality records.
