Regulatory Counsel

In this role you will advise the business on gaming and government affairs regulation, providing strategic guidance to ensure compliance and manage legal risks.

• →Providing expert legal advice on US gaming laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• →Advising on government affairs activities, ensuring full compliance with lobbying, ethics, and campaign finance laws.
• →Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing clear, practical guidance on complex regulatory and legal affairs matters.
• →Drafting and maintaining internal legal guidelines related to regulatory compliance.

• →At least 8+ years post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house, within gaming or other highly regulated industry.
• →An active bar membership.
• →Significant experience advising government affairs teams and working with U.S. regulators on licensing and enforcement processes.
• →Strong risk management skills and high commercial acumen to understand business drivers.
• →Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex legal concepts.
• →The ability to work independently across different jurisdictions and time zones while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
