Victory Millwork – Full-Time SWING SHIFT | STARTING AT $26/hour

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you're hands-on, solution-driven, and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

• →Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems
• →Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements
• →Mentor teammates and support machine operators
• →Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs)
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams
• Strong communicator and planner with a “fix-it” mindset
