Expression of Interest- Guest Experience Attendant

Since 1954, Village Cinemas has been bringing the magic of movies to communities across Australia. We’re looking for passionate Guest Experience Attendants to join our team and help us continue creating unforgettable memories for every guest who walks through our doors.

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you’ll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable visit. Reporting to the site senior leaders, you’ll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
• Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
• Working as part of a fun, energetic team to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.

We’re looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for creating great guest experiences. While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is:

• A genuine commitment to guest service and creating memorable moments.
• Team spirit, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

With great movies come great responsibilities! We offer flexible, rotational shifts but need team members who can be available during peak times. This includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays, so please provide your availability in your application.
