Every shift brings something different — from mixing cocktails poolside and crafting premium beverages for special events, to creating unforgettable guest moments in our lively bars and restaurants.

Duties Include:
• Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Recommending beverages and showcasing strong product knowledge
• Maintaining bar presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels throughout service
• Setting up and packing down bar and service areas
• Handling transactions and beverage orders efficiently
• Responsibly serving alcohol in line with RSA requirements
• Supporting restaurant and event operations where required
• Working collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team while maintaining health and safety standards

Skills and Experience:
• Must-Have: Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Previous bartending or cocktail-making experience in a high-volume venue
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage service
• Confidence working in fast-paced bars, restaurants, or event environments
• A positive, energetic personality with a passion for guest experience
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays (part-time schedules to be arranged with successful candidates)
• Previous experience in resorts, events, or premium hospitality venues highly regarded
