PLATFORM ENGINEER

We’re searching for a Platform Engineer to strengthen our cloud platform and uplift engineering capability across the business.  You’ll work with AWS, Workato, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring and Development, Security and Operational practices to deliver secure, automated, and reliable platform services.  If you love cloud, automation and building great developer experiences, this role is for you.

• →Deploy, configure and maintain applications, platform components and cloud infrastructure
• →Support environment provisioning across development, test and production
• →Design and implement automation that reduces manual effort, improves reliability and supports scalable cloud operations.
• →Diagnose and resolve issues across cloud‑hosted applications and platform services, ensuring high performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• →Integrate automated security scanning and policy enforcement
   

• EC2, Route53, CloudFormation, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, RDS, IAM, CDK, Lambda and ECS..
• Knowledge of Observability tools and monitoring best practices.
• Capacity planning, performance tuning, subnetting, DNS, routing and switching.
• Knowledge of cloud cost‑optimisation principles and financial accountability.
• Proficient with BitBucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Strong PowerShell and Bash scripting capability.
• Skilled in integrating monitoring, alerting and fault‑handling into platform services.
