Core Responsibilities

Develop and maintain healthcare solutions using modern PHP frameworks and practices.
Work on SugarCRM modules, upgrades, and integrations.
Upgrading existing applications to PHP 8+.
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following OOP best practices.
Work extensively with MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate with team members, architects, and stakeholders to deliver product features.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
3-5 years of PHP development experience.
Proven experience with SugarCRM customization and development.
Strong experience in PHP 8+, PDO, and OOP principles.
Strong database skills in MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with Composer for dependency and package management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
