Job Overview:

The Wide Format Printing Operator is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of wide format digital printing and cutting machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality print jobs according to specified requirements and timelines.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates:

1st Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hr.

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Pay: $20.90-$24.20/hr.

• →Set up and operate wide format printers and cutters (Agfa, Zund).
• →Set up materials and jobs per specifications.
• →Monitor quality and equipment performance.
• →Complete production records and job tracking in Pace.
• →Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace.
• →Follow all safety procedures and assist with production needs.

What We're Looking For:

• →Previous commercial printing experience required; wide format printing/cutting experience strongly preferred.
• →High school diploma or GED.
• →Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• →Strong organizational and basic computer skills.
• →Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• →Commitment to quality with a keen eye for detail.
• →Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and multitask effectively.
• →Positive and proactive attitude towards both external and internal customer satisfaction.
