Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest

Provide knowledgeable, enthusiastic service to new and returning customers

Help create a shop environment that feels clean, polished, and inviting

Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions

Prepare and assemble desserts or drinks according to brand standards

Ensure each item is visually appealing, accurate, and served efficiently

Maintain quality and consistency across every order

Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately

Monitor and help maintain inventory levels throughout the shift

Communicate low-stock items or operational needs to management proactively

Support daily opening, closing, and side work responsibilities

Assist with general shop upkeep, including cleaning, trash removal, sweeping, restocking, and maintaining overall cleanliness

Clean and maintain equipment in accordance with operational and food safety standards

Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety requirements

Stay informed on store activations, special events, partnerships, and product launches

Assist with physical inventory counts and merchandising initiatives as needed

Support the broader shop team with operational tasks as business needs evolve
