About the Role

• Flexible casual hours
• Availability required for at least three weekdays between 7am–6pm
• Support clients in Malvern, St Kilda, Prahan and surrounding community 

Here's what you will be doing:

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and social support
• Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Transport clients to appointments and outings

About you

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home and Community, or Disability) or equivalent
• A current driver’s licence and access to a fully insured (comprehensive), registered vehicle for travel between client homes
• Genuine respect for the dignity and independence of older people
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to work autonomously in a community setting
• Availability across a flexible casual roster, including some early mornings
