Head of Growth - At-Home Aged Care

As Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal senior leadership role within our At‑Home Aged Care division, shaping how VMCH grows its reach, strengthens referral partnerships, and connects more clients to the support they need. Your work will directly influence access to care for people across Victoria, while contributing to a values‑led, purpose‑driven organisation that supports more than 10,000 people every year.

This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship‑driven leader who wants to combine commercial acumen with meaningful social impact.

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across VMCH’s At‑Home Aged Care services through strategic partnerships, referral networks and exceptional client engagement.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with executive leaders, you will lead the development and delivery of multi‑year growth and sales strategies, built on strong market insight, data‑driven decision‑making and collaborative execution.

You will oversee the end‑to‑end journey from enquiry to onboarding, ensuring VMCH delivers a responsive, personalised and person‑centred experience for every prospective client. This is a highly visible role where your leadership, influence and ability to navigate complexity will be critical to success.

You are a senior leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on, outcomes‑focused approach. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy building high‑value relationships, and are motivated by work that has real community impact.

You will bring:

• A tertiary qualification in health, business or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior growth, business development or commercial leadership role, ideally within health, aged care or community services
• Demonstrated success driving client acquisition, lead conversion and referral growth
• Strong capability in building and sustaining partnerships with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers and industry bodies
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of aged care funding environments, including Support at Home and CHSP (highly regarded)
• A client‑centred mindset, grounded in person‑centred care principles
• Confidence using CRM systems, analytics and performance metrics to inform strategy
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel across Victoria (and Northern NSW as required)
