• Briefings de Comunicação: Elaborar e alinhar briefings para disparos de campanhas (E-mail Marketing, Push Notification, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Calendário Promocional: Auxiliar no acompanhamento, organização e atualização do calendário promocional e réguas de relacionamento.
• Otimização de Campanhas: Acompanhar métricas de disparos (taxa de abertura, clique, conversão) e sugerir melhorias contínuas para otimizar os resultados.
• Suporte em Testes A/B: Colaborar na criação e validação de testes de assunto, layouts e horários de envio.
• Interface entre Áreas: Interagir com times de Criação, Conteúdo e Marketing para garantir entregas no prazo e alinhadas ao tom da marca.

• Formação: Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas (a partir do 2º/3º semestre).
• Perfil Comunicativo: Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas.
• Mentalidade de Aprendizado: Curiosidade, proatividade e facilidade para aprender novos processos e ferramentas rapidamente.
• Organização: Capacidade de gerenciar prazos, tarefas e manter o calendário promocional atualizado.

• Conhecimento ou experiência prévia em CRM: Vivência (mesmo que acadêmica ou em projetos) com ferramentas como RD Station, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud ou similares.
• Noções básicas de métricas de e-mail/CRM (Taxa de abertura, CTR, descadastro, etc.).
• Conhecimento básico em Excel / Google Sheets.
