This role focuses on proactive vulnerability remediation, governance, and continuous improvement of security-related IT service processes, working closely with Group Data Centre teams, Local Markets, and technology stakeholders. ## What you’ll do * Identify and monitor infrastructure and application vulnerabilities using industry-standard scanning tools * Coordinate and track remediation activities in line with agreed schedules and governance models * Support operating system patching across the installed technology baseline to maintain compliance with security standards * Design and promote preventive patching strategies, including automation and cloud-related security approaches * Facilitate governance and alignment between Local Markets and Operations teams * Produce clear, data-driven reports and KPIs for senior stakeholders and leadership forums * Contribute to vulnerability management frameworks, quality improvement initiatives, and service process optimisation * Monitor decommissioning activities to ensure compliance with defined processes and security requirements ## Who you are * You bring broad technical knowledge across IT domains, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and vulnerability management * You apply a quality-driven mindset, supported by practical experience with IT service management frameworks * You are comfortable designing KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports to support decision-making * You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting style as needed * You are experienced or familiar with IT governance practices and structured service processes * You are fluent in English (minimum B2 level) * Desirable experience includes exposure to ITIL practices, vulnerability management tools, operating system environments (Windows, UNIX, Linux), and service management platforms ## Not a perfect fit?
