If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. ## What you’ll do * Develop and implement material category strategies (MCS) within the IT Digital Channels procurement space, aligning with Vodafone’s global strategy. * Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management. * Partner closely with key stakeholders (Technology Product Owners, Line of Business, Supply Chain teams) to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions that support strategic objectives. * Drive cost optimization and deliver savings targets while ensuring the best total cost of ownership and high-quality outcomes. * Manage supplier relationships and contribute to the category supplier roadmap, ensuring long-term value and innovation. * Design and implement innovative commercial models to enhance efficiency and support business growth. * Support global contract governance structures and ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards. * Enable the successful delivery of projects by securing supply, managing risks, and aligning sourcing decisions with category plans. * Collaborate cross-functionally to support high-profile global initiatives and contribute to winning new business opportunities. * Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and value creation across procurement activities ## Who you are * Procurement experience of at least 2-5 years in IT/Telco business, preferably on both a global and a local level. * Category Expertise required: IT Telco, BSS, Digital Engineering Software and services or similar exposure to IT application services and software * Tools systems experience: SAP, Ariba eAuction and exposure to autonomous Sourcing tools * Strong stakeholder management, commercial and negotiation skills. * Communication and presentation skills. * Solid reasoning skills and ability to conceptualize. * Flexible and adaptable to cope with a variety of projects and tasks and ambiguity. * Business acumen beyond traditional procurement activities as you need to strive for being also an advisor to your stakeholders about your supplier markets. * Master/MBA degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, and/or Engineering. * Excellent English skills (written and spoken), other languages (German, Turkish, Hindi) are a plus. . ## Not a perfect fit?
